The restaurant’s homepage explains how their buffet system works, allowing customers to take whatever they like without having to wait for specific dishes like in running sushi. Customers can visit the buffet as many times as they want. Alternatively, there is a menu available for ordering individual dishes if they prefer to stay at their table. The restaurant is known for its popular “All You Can Eat Sushi” in Vienna, offering fresh and tasty Japanese cuisine.

SANYUAN Restaurantbetriebs GmbH, the company behind the Chinese restaurant “Lucky Wok” in Vienna, recently underwent restructuring proceedings without self-administration. The company, founded in 2009, employs 25 people and faced challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. A drop in sales coupled with cost increases put pressure on the company’s financial situation. However, restructuring measures have been implemented, with the company providing a 20 percent restructuring plan quota for creditors.

In terms of financial performance, SANYUAN Restaurantbetriebs GmbH reported a retained profit of EUR 1.529 million in 2022, with liabilities amounting to EUR 1.85 million. Despite the challenges faced, the company’s continued existence is financially secure. The restructuring measures undertaken have helped stabilize the company’s operations.

In addition, the company has made adjustments to its pricing and the food offerings to better align with market conditions. Creditors are offered a structured repayment plan to address outstanding debts. Overall, the company is working towards a sustainable future despite the recent challenges it has faced.
