Top Picks for Mediterranean Diet from Target’s Registered Dietitian

Target’s home decor and sundress selection are always impressive. As the weather gets warmer, I find myself visiting the store more often. In addition to clothing and decorations, Target also has a great grocery section. This is especially convenient for me as I don’t like to spend a lot of time cooking. As a dietitian, I follow the Mediterranean diet, which is known to be the healthiest way to eat according to US News & World Report. Luckily, Target stocks many of the staples I need to maintain this diet.
