Top transfer target suggests possible move to Dortmund

Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy is drawing interest from clubs across Europe, including the Premier League, after an impressive season where he scored 28 goals in 28 league appearances. This has led to speculation that he could be on the move this summer. With a release clause of just €17.5m (£14.73m) in his contract, Guirassy has become a hot commodity in the transfer market.

Among the clubs reportedly interested in Guirassy are Borussia Dortmund, with the player himself hinting at a potential move to the Westfalenstadion. Guirassy stated that he can see himself playing for the German giants next season, although nothing has been finalized yet and he is currently focused on taking a vacation before making a decision about his future.

In addition to Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham, West Ham, and Newcastle are also believed to be monitoring Guirassy’s situation. The 28-year-old finished as the runner-up to Harry Kane in the race for the European Golden Shoe in the 2023-24 season, further increasing his appeal to potential suitors.

Stuttgart, who secured Champions League qualification with a surprise second-placed finish in the Bundesliga, are facing a challenge in keeping hold of their key players. With Bayern Munich already having signed Hiroki Ito, there is also significant interest in winger Chris Führich from clubs in England and Germany. The club will have a tough task ahead in trying to retain their top talents amidst the growing interest in their players.
