Taking care of your health is important 24 hours a day, whether you are facing a health challenge or not. MyUFHealth allows you to manage your healthcare at your convenience, from anywhere you have internet access.
MyUFHealth is a secure online platform that gives you and authorized individuals access to parts of your UF Health medical record. You can use the patient portal to access your health information, send messages to your healthcare team, read medical summaries and provider notes, view test results, schedule appointments, and more. Optional two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to the system.
Any adult patient who has received care at UF Health can sign up for MyUFHealth in less than five minutes. You will receive an activation code when you visit UF Health, or you can sign up on the MyUFHealth login screen if you don’t have one. You need to provide an email address to create an account, and there are options for parental access to children’s medical records.
If you need help with MyUFHealth, you can contact MyUFHealth staff for immediate assistance during normal clinic hours. After hours, someone will return your call as soon as possible. MyUFHealth does not replace your legal medical record, and all communication through the platform is saved in your medical record. Please note that MyChart may not be available at all UF Health locations.
