Blanchard Valley Health System and the Mayo Clinic are collaborating to host an educational presentation on the science behind the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Taking place on Thursday, November 30, 2023, the “Live & Learn” event will feature presentations from Dr. Bill Kose, Dr. Derek Thomas, and Dr. Sandhya Pruthi, all experts in the field.
As a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, Blanchard Valley Health System is the first Ohio-based healthcare provider to have access to Mayo Clinic specialists and resources. This collaboration allows BVHS to share the latest research and medical knowledge with patients in Northwest Ohio. Through this partnership, BVHS doctors can use Mayo Clinic’s research and treatment recommendations to develop personalized treatment plans for their patients.
