The Denver Broncos recently added University of Wyoming left tackle Frank Crum to their 90-man roster as a college free agent following the 2024 NFL draft. Crum, a native of Laramie, Wyoming, stood out as a large presence protecting passers for the Cowboys from 2018 to 2023.

Crum, standing at 6-7 and weighing 315 pounds, played a total of 43 games over six seasons, making him one of the most experienced college football veterans on the Broncos’ current roster. He played an integral role in helping two Cowboy running backs achieve over 1,000 rushing yards in a season: Xazavian Valladay in 2019 and 2021, and Titus Swen in 2022. Additionally, Wyoming’s rushing offense was ranked No. 17 in the nation in 2020.

Despite being one of the top undrafted free agents available this past spring, Crum faces tough competition to secure a spot on the 53-man roster in 2024. The Broncos have made a habit of investing in veteran offensive linemen in recent years. However, if Crum performs well, he may be able to earn a backup role on the Denver offensive line.
