Get ready for the reopening of Winnoland on March 30 after the amusement park went into winter in Saint-Pierre-du-Perray, in Essonne. Currently, the park is being maintained and prepared for the upcoming season by a few employees. The park is in need of between 80 and 100 seasonal workers in order to accommodate families seeking fun and excitement. This marks the beginning of the 17th season of the park, which previously was called Babyland-Amiland and saw 210,000 visitors in 2023.
Steeve Varinou, the entertainment and communications manager at Winnoland, announced that interested applicants can send in their CV and cover letter by email, on their website, or come in person on February 17 for the job forum held on site. The park is seeking diverse positions such as ride operators, versatile catering employees, cashier hosts and hostesses, cleaning agents, and entertainment agents.
The positions range in offering and the park is accepting applicants with or without experience. The main requirements are availability between March 30, the date of reopening, and November 3. Most positions offer 35-hour contracts paid at minimum wage with flexible hours.
During peak season, hours will be more intense, and the park strives to provide an excellent level of recruitment to continue to guarantee an enjoyable visitor experience. The park has weathered a few storms during 2023, but overall the season has been good. This year, the park looks forward to new features and attractions, such as the pedalosaurus, new catering options, and a new store called Histoire d’os. A job forum will be held on February 17 at the park for those interested in working at Winnoland.
