Working Together to Enhance Community Health: Chair File

Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, Kan., established a prescriptive food pantry to tackle food insecurity in the area and assist patients in managing diabetes through building trust and offering guidance.

At Dartmouth Health, initiatives are focused on supporting the provision of safe, affordable housing as a driving force for individual and community health within the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund. The organization is the largest in-state investor in the fund, emphasizing its commitment to investing in local communities and people.
