Workshop on Promoting Brain Health in Adults

Maintaining Your Brain Health workshop will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 2 PM at the North University Community Library. The workshop will discuss Brain Balance, a brain wellness program aimed at improving focus, behavior, social skills, anxiety, and academic performance. Participants will learn about neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to change through growth and reorganization.

Regardless of age, profession, or stage in life, attendees will gain insight into the top pillars of brain health and best practices to enhance cognitive, physical, social, and mental wellbeing for optimal functioning. This free workshop is open to anyone interested in understanding how they can improve their overall brain health and incorporate these practices into their daily lives. Join us to learn how to take care of your brain and support its health for the long term.
