World Emblem, the largest patch and emblem manufacturer in the world, is celebrating its 30th year in business. With a manufacturing center located in northwest Houston, the company produces an impressive average of 250 million emblems and custom products annually. Starting out as a small shop in New Jersey in 1993, World Emblem has now expanded to have nine locations across the globe and over 1,000 employees.

Chief Operating Officer Jim Kozel highlighted the company’s dedication to customer service by emphasizing that World Emblem accepts orders of any quantity, with a minimum order of just one garment for embroidery. Whether customers need one garment embroidered or 10,000 garments, the company is able to accommodate their needs.

Some of World Emblem’s prestigious clients include the NFL, Levi’s, New Era, and Perry Ellis, showcasing the company’s ability to work with big name brands and deliver high-quality custom products. Kozel expressed pride in the company’s customized offerings, noting that customers can expect to see their favorite brands being stitched out in the production process.

ABC13’s Localish team had the opportunity to tour World Emblem’s facilities and witness first-hand the intricate process of producing thousands of custom patches each day. For more information about World Emblem and its products, visit the company’s website.
