It seems that there are only about 120 players in the majors capable of hitting right now, especially with many of the best pitchers injured. The Orioles prefer to get James McCann his catcher starts versus lefties, resulting in some overlap in the rankings. Ryan Jeffers has been performing well and could be considered the AL’s best catcher so far this season.
