The average size of a family in Dubai decreased slightly to 4 individuals in 2023, down from 4.1 individuals in 2022 and 4.3 individuals in 2021.
The number of residential communities in Dubai also increased slightly, with 2,253 communities in 2023 compared to 2,249 communities in 2022. The total number of residents living in these communities reached 800 thousand people, up 0.7% from the previous year.
The average size of one residential community in Dubai increased to 355.1 people in 2023, compared to 353 people in 2022 and 350.4 people in 2021. This data indicates a gradual growth in the population and housing market in Dubai over the past few years.
