The CleanLock Module provides a secure transition for people and materials entering and exiting cleanroom environments.
This innovative airlock features a 3-dimensional design that modularizes various segments of cleanroom projects. Engineered to minimize the risk of contamination, the CleanLock Module integrates proprietary cleanroom finishes, patented lighting, predictable airflow patterns, and advanced door controls to create a highly controlled environment.
Key features of the CleanLock Module include a PVC-faced walkable ceiling with patented linear LED lighting, integral flush-mounted doors with interlocking controls, an integrated HEPA filter for supply air, and PVC-faced modular walls with welded seams and PVC coving.
