Alliant Welcomes Ratcliffe as World Insurance Introduces New Bond

Ken Bond has been appointed as the chief corporate development officer at World Insurance Associates, based in Iselin, New Jersey. In this role, Bond will oversee corporate development for retail insurance, retirement plan and wealth management services, and wholesale insurance. With a career spanning over 30 years in corporate development and strategic planning leadership, Bond brings a wealth of experience to his new position. He most recently served as the senior vice president, head of corporate development at Cetera Financial Group and previously held a senior vice president role at Aon. Bond is based out of Iselin.

Dave Ratcliffe has joined Alliant Insurance Services in Irvine, California, as the senior vice president and producer for its employee benefits group. With a focus on supporting clients across the nation and implementing innovative solutions to enhance employee health and cost avoidance, Ratcliffe brings 25 years of experience from his previous roles at Buck and Mercer. Based in the Washington D.C. – Baltimore area, Ratcliffe will play a key role in driving success for Alliant’s employee benefits practice.
