The Signa supervisory board recently underwent changes, with new members elected just five days ago. However, there has already been a shakeup as entrepreneur Karin Exner-Wöhrer has reportedly stepped down from her position as a member of Prime’s supervisory board. She informed the heads of the supervisory board and restructuring administrators of Prime and Development about her decision. Exner-Wöhrer will officially resign from her position four weeks after notifying the companies of her decision.

According to reports, Exner-Wöhrer’s departure may be due to various agreements not being honored and uncertainties regarding supervisory board remuneration. Signa Prime’s supervisory board was recently reduced from eight to five members, with Michael Mitterdorfer, Karin Exner-Wöhrer, and Sebastian Schäfer being chosen to join. Schäfer has a background in law and restructuring, having previously worked at Credit Suisse Group and currently at Kühne Holding AG.

The remaining members of the supervisory board include Michael Siefert from Madison International Realty and Jürgen-Johann Rupp of German RAG. With Exner-Wöhrer’s departure, the board will now consist of four members. The reasons behind Exner-Wöhrer’s resignation have not been publicly disclosed, as both Prime and Exner-Wöhrer have remained quiet on the matter.
