CAACC’s Health Centers in Columbiana County are celebrating Women’s Health Month with a gift basket drawing at five locations. The drawings will begin on Monday, May 13th and run through the end of the month. The staff preparing for the drawings include Dr. Kristi Johnson, OB-GYN; Mallory Smith, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner; Carlie Zimmermann, CMA; Norita Price, LPN; and Linda Devore, LPN.
The Community Action Agency of Columbiana County’s Health Centers are participating in Women’s Health Month in May at five sites. Both existing and new patients are encouraged to schedule appointments for various medical services such as primary care, physicals, health checks, gynecological care, prenatal care/family planning, and blood testing. Appointments can be made by calling 330-424-5686 at the following locations: 7880 Lincole Place, Lisbon; 16480 St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool; 16494 St. Clair Ave., East Liverpool; 2376 Southeast Boulevard, Salem; and 103 W. Main Street, Salineville.
During Women’s Health Month, every woman who visits any of the CAACC Health Centers as a patient will be entered to win a Women’s Health gift basket. These centers are federally-qualified and open to all county residents, regardless of their ability to pay. They can see patients with Medicare and Medicaid, accept most private insurances, and offer a sliding fee scale based on income for those without insurance.
