Meta has launched a new bonus program for creators that is exclusive by invitation only and rewards users based on the quality and quantity of content they share. This new feature is available for Instagram business and creator accounts and offers creators the opportunity to earn money directly from the platform.

The bonuses are part of a new system called Threads on the microblogging platform, currently limited to creators in the United States. To be eligible for this program, creators must have a public profile on Threads and follow the guidelines for incentives for Instagram creators as well as the rules and requirements for bonuses on Instagram.

In order to receive a bonus payment, users may need to meet a minimum earning requirement. If this requirement is not met, the user will not be compensated but may be invited to participate in future bonus opportunities. The company has also outlined content that is not eligible for Threads bonuses, such as posts that violate Instagram’s content monetization policies.

Creators will not be compensated if their content is claimed by other rights holders, if their posts have been deleted, do not contain text, have less than 2,500 views, or if they engage in fraudulent activity such as fake views. Meta is working to ensure that creators are rewarded for their quality content and performance on the platform.
