Facility caught red-handed promoting penis enlargement through massage therapy

Inspectors from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health recently conducted surprise inspections at two facilities in the city. The first facility, UCI International, was found to be offering services to “increase penis size” to customers, despite being registered only for sauna and massage services. During the inspection, authorities found that customers were receiving consultations, skin care treatments, and services related to “increasing size”. Some rooms on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors were locked, and upon opening them, bed rooms were discovered on the 4th and 5th floors while the 6th floor was used for storing goods and cosmetics. The facility was unable to provide invoices or proof of the origin of the products, resulting in the temporary detainment of the goods. The Department of Health has suspended the operation of the facility and plans to impose an administrative fine.

The second facility inspected was the Saigon Shine Beauty Center in District 3, where authorities found that the facility was advertising andrology services on social networking sites and using a beam projector for “increasing penis size”. This facility had been granted business registration certificates for skin care and dentistry services, despite violating regulations. The owner of the facility refused to sign the administrative violation record, leading to the revocation of the facility’s practice certificate for 6 months and a fine being imposed. The Department of Health has recommended that people verify information through official channels before trusting advertisements on social media to avoid potential risks.

Overall, these surprise inspections have revealed illegal activities being carried out by these facilities, prompting the Department of Health to take swift actions to ensure compliance with regulations and protect public health and safety.
