Iron Horse Vineyards, based in Sebastopol, California, celebrates Lunar New Year each year by producing a special bottle of brut. The winery, founded in 1976, is known for its sparkling wines made from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes grown on the estate. The unique location of Iron Horse Vineyards, just 13 miles from the coast, allows for cool weather perfect for making sparkling wines.

The special vintage brut released this year is named “Dragon” to commemorate the Year of the Dragon. This is the second vintage of Dragon produced by Iron Horse Vineyards, with the first being made for export to China.
