Maidencreek Towne Center welcomes Ann Henry Home Décor as its newest tenant

Ann Henry Home Décor has recently moved into the Maidencreek Towne Center in Maidencreek Township, Berks County. The small business offers a variety of specialty decorative items, antiques, artwork, and seasonal merchandise. Previously located at 965 Park Road in the township, Ann Henry Home Décor can now be found at 850 Golden Drive in Maidencreek Township.

Larken Associates, a regional real estate building, development, and management firm based in New Jersey, announced that they signed a lease with Ann Henry Home Décor for a 2,826-square-foot retail space at the shopping center. Nancy Michael, the owner of Ann Henry Home Décor, expressed her excitement about the new location, stating that they aim to provide high-quality home décor items at affordable prices.

The store officially opened at its new location by the end of February. Maidencreek Towne Center is described as a commercial hub for Blandon and the surrounding areas. Rob Marek, the executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage, expressed his enthusiasm for welcoming Ann Henry Home Décor as a valued tenant and looks forward to helping them grow their business in the future.

Maidencreek Towne Center consists of two buildings with a total of 33,767 square feet of office, medical, and retail spaces. Located at the intersection of Park Road and Golden Drive, the shopping center is well-suited for businesses of all sizes, from local shops to national retail chains. Larken Associates was represented by Marek in the transaction with Ann Henry Home Décor.
