It is recommended to make appointments in advance, although virtual and phone appointments are also an option for convenience and safety. Virtual appointments for personal interviews and provider orientations after regular hours are available as needed.
In addition, ELRC Region 5 now offers phone hours on Tuesday evenings from 5 to 7 p.m. to assist families and providers. This service aims to provide support outside of regular business hours for those who may need assistance during the evening.
