In the port of the Ukrainian city Odessa, a rocket struck and caused a major fire. At least 13 people were injured, according to the governor by Goalkeeper on Thursday night on Telegram. Images and videos circulating on media Telegram channels showed flames engulfing the scene with large clouds of smoke rising into the sky. Reports mention that a large warehouse storing postal and courier services was hit, but no Russian statement was available. Odessa has been a frequent target of Russian attacks, with eight people being killed in rocket strikes in the past two days.

In response to these attacks, Ukrainian drone strikes caused power outages in several Russian regions. The governor of the Oryol region reported that air defense units intercepted drones over the Glazunovsky and Sverdlovskaya districts, resulting in damages but no information on deaths or injuries. The governor of the Kursk region confirmed that a drone attack caused power outages in the town of Poniri, with repair teams already on site to restore power. Similar drone attacks were reported in the Smolensk region on energy infrastructure, although no specific details were given.
