Opinion: Implement Technology and Fencing to Manage Entrances

Fencing has unfortunately become a problem. One solution could be to have a one-time fee at the entrance, which can be paid at a debit/credit kiosk. This fee could be refundable after a day or two. Charging $3-$5 per entrance could deter those who don’t have a credit card or prefer not to be identified.

To ensure added security, a small camera could take a one-time picture at each entrance or transaction. This would provide additional assurance and recognition. With names recorded for each entrance and a picture taken, there would be proof of who was there. In the event of a stolen credit card, there would be a picture of the scammer in action.

It is unfortunate that we have to implement restrictions like this for those just wanting to spend time with their kids. Hopefully, as the country turns around, things will improve. These are just my thoughts on the matter.
