U.S. Senator Jim Risch, a senior member and former chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, has announced that Greyloch, LLC in Star has been selected as the Idaho Small Business of the Month for May 2024. Greyloch, LLC will be recognized for its contributions to Idaho in the Congressional record of the U.S. Senate.
Greyloch, LLC is a true testament to Idaho’s entrepreneurial spirit. Started by Shaun Fickes in a garage, the company now occupies over 96,000 square feet in Star. Named after a peak near Lowman where Shaun’s grandfather worked as an Idaho forest ranger, Greyloch is a unique cabinet manufacturing facility in North America. Shaun and his four children own and operate the business while employing 73 people who take pride in the work they do for Idaho.
