Science on State Street is a yearly event hosted by Framingham State University in collaboration with the Christa McAuliffe Center and the MetroWest STEM Education Network. The festival, taking place on Saturday, April 27 from 12-3PM at the Christa McAuliffe Center and O’Connor Parking Lot, features over 30 exhibitors, planetarium shows in both English and Portuguese, and presentations from the Chandra X-Ray Observatory.
The focus of Science on State Street is on themes related to planet Earth, including environmental justice, renewable energy, and environmental sustainability. Attendees have the opportunity to explore science, technology, engineering, and math and learn about how these disciplines support a sustainable future for our planet.
