Spencer appoints new business development officer to Edison office

Spencer Savings Bank has recently announced the addition of a new vice president and business development officer to its Edison team. Kashif Pervez, with over 25 years of experience in commercial banking, has joined the community bank based in Elmwood Park. Throughout his career, Pervez has held leadership positions at both national and community banks in New Jersey and New York.

In his new role, Pervez will be emphasizing on establishing long-term profitable business relationships within Edison and its surrounding markets. George Celentano, executive vice president and chief retail officer at Spencer Savings Bank, expressed his excitement for having Pervez on board, noting his dedication to helping both prospective and existing business customers grow and succeed. Celentano highlighted Pervez’s strong track record in commercial banking and his passion for supporting businesses.
