Oklahoma Wesleyan baseball recently secured a spot in the postseason after winning the KCAC tournament with a perfect 4-0 record. The team was eagerly awaiting news of their opponent and location for the NAIA tournament, which was announced on the NAIA’s YouTube page at 4 pm.
The Eagles received the three seed in their region, setting them up to face off against William Carey, Mississippi in the first round. The Crusaders, with a 34-14 record, also claimed victory in their conference tournament in the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC).
The double-elimination tournament will kick off on Monday with the Eagles facing the Crusaders in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Stay tuned for updates on the Eagles as they prepare to take on their first round opponent.
