Monahan expressed LoadSmart’s goal of assisting carriers in expanding their fleets, from five trucks to 25 trucks and beyond.
Monahan discussed LoadSmart’s focus on AI products that simplify data interaction for users. The Copilot product was highlighted as a tool that allows users to ask system questions and retrieve valuable insights easily. LoadSmart is continuously developing new AI products to enhance user experience and provide valuable analytics to carriers.
