SMP Health – Ave Maria in Jamestown had 33 individuals and its entire team nominated by residents and their families for the North Dakota Long Term Care’s Caregiver of the Year program. Sponsored by the North Dakota Long Term Care Association in Bismarck, this annual program received over 800 nominations this year.
