The S.P.A.R.K.S. Foundation is excited to announce the upcoming Swings for Science, Birdies for Blankets event at Sittler Golf in Sinking Spring. This family-friendly event will take place from Friday, June 7, to Sunday, June 9, offering three days of fun and activities for attendees of all ages.
The event will feature a mini golf tournament, mini golf challenges, driving range contests, delicious food, ice cream, beer trucks, raffles, science experiments, and more. From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day, there will be a variety of engaging activities to enjoy.
One of the highlights of the weekend will be the second annual Oakbrook Open presented by Oakbrook Brewing on Saturday night, June 8, at 6:30 p.m. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top competitors. Registration is required for the mini-golf tournament, but all other activities are open to the public.
In addition to the fun and games, the event will also offer hands-on science projects for youth, combining education with entertainment. Proceeds from the event will go towards supporting the S.P.A.R.K.S. Foundation and Blankets of Hope Berks in their community initiatives.
