ANCA has recently opened a new technology center in Korea to enhance its presence in the Asian market. With over 30 years of experience offering local sales and service to customers in Korea, the company sees this facility as a way to provide even better support to its customers. Jake Farragher, general manager of ANCA Asia, highlights the importance of this investment in the company’s global infrastructure to deliver premium sales and service support in Korea. By showcasing the capabilities of their flexible grinding machines, leading software, and automation solutions at the new facility, ANCA aims to meet the needs of its customers in the region.

With a history of providing grinding solutions worldwide for 50 years, ANCA’s new facility in Korea is equipped with the latest technologies, including the Ultra technology with nanometer resolution control. This range of machines enables users to produce tools with optimized accuracy, quality, and surface finishing capabilities. The demonstration facility offers the MX and FX Ultra machines, as well as automation solutions through ANCA’s Integrated Manufacturing System (AIMS). AIMS connects, automates, and streamlines all processes required to manufacture a cutting tool, maximizing accuracy and consistency while reducing downtime. The facility also provides support and training services to its customers.

Pat Boland, ANCA’s co-founder, reflects on the company’s journey over the last 50 years. From humble beginnings to groundbreaking innovations like the Ultra and GCX packages, ANCA has continually evolved to meet the demands of the market. Boland expresses pride in the cutting-edge technology the company continues to release and the many innovations that have driven these product releases. The new technology center in Korea is a testament to ANCA’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions and superior service to its customers in the region.
