The IWF World Youth Championships will be broadcasted live on the Panam Sports Channel from Wednesday to Sunday. The country has already secured hosting rights for four world championships in 2024, including the World Youth Swimming Championships, U20 Athletics World Cup, U17 Volleyball World Cup, and the World Youth Weightlifting Championship. These events will take place in state-of-the-art venues that were built for the Pan American Games.

The World Youth Weightlifting Championship will feature athletes from 52 countries, with 16 of them coming from the Americas. Peruvian authorities have announced that the event will be free for all spectators, encouraging a large turnout of fans and supporters.
