With over twenty years of experience in the legal industry, Asay is a seasoned innovation leader. In her role at Crowell, she is responsible for overseeing various initiatives related to client value, business intelligence, knowledge management, practice innovation, research services, and generative AI. As a thought leader in the industry, Asay frequently speaks at conferences and leads presentations on innovation and value topics for clients.
Asay began her career as a lawyer at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher before founding Allegory, a cloud-based litigation management platform that was later acquired by Integreon Discovery Solutions. She then served as Integreon’s chief innovation officer before joining Litera Microsystems, where she focused on enhancing the company’s visibility and customer relationships through collaborations with industry leaders and the development of technologies for lawyers.
