The program is designed for coordinators, managers, and directors in Business and Industry Services, Workforce and Economic Development, and Adult Career Development. It focuses on improving leadership abilities, strengthening communication skills, and building partnerships both internally and externally. This year, Heather Smith and Brook Lindsay completed the program, demonstrating their readiness to make valuable contributions in their respective fields.
