Dallas Phillips has been named retail area sales manager for southern New England at UScellular, bringing over 10 years of wireless/sales experience to the role. He initially joined the company in 2014 as a store manager in Scarborough.
Jennifer Small, a broker at Malone Commercial Brokers, recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation after starting as an intern at the company in 2000.
