The owner of a drug screening business in Colorado, Arben “Ben” Duka, was arrested by Aurora Police for alleged sexual assault. The arrest came after a woman reported that Duka sexually assaulted her after providing a urinalysis sample at his business, Aurora Employment Testing. The police are now urging any other possible victims to come forward.
Duka, aged 60, was arrested on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. The incident was reported in October by a woman who claimed she was assaulted at Duka’s business. It was noted that Duka had changed the name of the business from Wiz Quiz Employment Testing in February of the previous year. Further investigation by the Sex Crimes Unit detectives revealed two more reported incidents between Duka and female victims in 2023. Both victims reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors.
