FundraiserAlliance Title & Escrow is hosting its 13th annual Closing the Hunger Gap food drive this May to benefit the Flathead Food Bank. Throughout the month, collections of both food and funds will be accepted at Flathead Valley branches. Additionally, a portion of the revenue generated in May will be donated to the cause. Drop-offs of donations are accepted during business hours, Monday to Friday, until May 31. Since 2012, this campaign has contributed 268,116 pounds of food and $377,184 to local communities in need.

The Bigfork Chamber of Commerce will have its May Sundowner on May 9 at 5 p.m. at the Tall Pine, located at 435 Grand Drive in Bigfork. This event provides an opportunity to network with other business professionals in the community and learn about upcoming events.

The Columbia Falls Chamber of Commerce is holding its May membership luncheon on May 14 at 11:30 a.m. at Cedar Creek Lodge, found at 930 Second Ave. W in Columbia Falls. The speaker for this luncheon will be Doug Mitchell, the executive director of the Glacier National Park Conservancy.

The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Maximize Your Membership session on May 6 from 8-9 a.m. This event will take place at the chamber located on 2 South Main St., Suite 205. Businesses attending this session will learn how to get the most out of their chamber membership.

The Kalispell Chamber of Commerce will also hold a government affairs committee meeting on May 6 at noon at the chamber, located at 2 South Main St., Suite 205. During this meeting, attendees will hear from Jarod Nygren from the city of Kalispell about the Main Street Safety Action Plan.
