In my opinion, one excellent method is to consume a diet that does not contain industrialized products. It’s important to note that even though this diet doesn’t include industrialized products, it does contain carbohydrates from the natural sugars found in fruits. One of the most extreme diets out there is the ketogenic diet, which was originally developed as a nutritional treatment for epilepsy. Research has shown that limiting carbohydrate intake to zero while significantly increasing fat consumption can improve the condition of epileptic patients and reduce seizures.

Despite the high cholesterol content in the ketogenic diet, it has been found to lower blood sugar levels. However, following a strict ketogenic diet can be incredibly challenging and extreme for many people. Some individuals may claim to be following a ketogenic diet, but in reality, they may be consuming fruits, vegetables, and dairy products that contain carbohydrates and lactose. In such cases, if the diet is not being strictly followed, it may not be as effective.
