Winning this award puts Elite Interactive Solutions in the company of previous honorees such as National Monitoring Center, ADT, Affiliated Monitoring, CPI Security, and USA Central Station.
The award recipients are chosen based on how they use technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness, offer new services to customers, provide enhanced protection and privacy, and demonstrate innovation in areas such as video verification, artificial intelligence, home automation, and cloud-based services. The judges evaluate applications on criteria such as innovation, effectiveness, client impact, market response, evidence-based results, scalability, and adaptability.
