HPU students attend the Texas Academy of Science meeting

Howard Payne University students and faculty recently attended the 2024 TAS conference. The event took place at The University of Texas Permian Basin in Odessa in March. Among the attendees were Nolan Godfrey, Dr. Greg Hatlestad, Shayna Oliver, Trevor Bowers, Isabel Clevenger, Victoriano Cooper, Sydney Ben, Ethan Cortez, Cassandra Covos, and Dr. Kristen Hutchins.

This conference is an annual meeting held by the Texas Academy of Science (TAS). It provides a platform for students and faculty to come together and discuss various scientific topics. Representing HPU at the event, these students gained valuable insights and experiences that will benefit them in their academic and professional pursuits.
