Israel’s security forces have advised residents of Beit Lahia, a town in the north of the Gaza Strip, to leave the area and relocate to nearby cities in preparation for a new operation in the vicinity. Colonel Avichay Adraee, the Army spokesperson, conveyed this message, emphasizing the need for residents to evacuate to safer areas. Human rights defense organizations have raised concerns about the lack of safe zones in Gaza, where thousands of people have lost their lives in the ongoing violence.
