The San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department is seeking adult participants for its upcoming Spring Sports Slam Tournaments in basketball and volleyball. These free events provide a platform for individuals to form teams and display their athletic abilities.
The basketball tournament is scheduled for May 18 at 9 a.m. and will take place at the Cuellar Community Center located at 5626 San Fernando. On the same day at the same time, the volleyball tournament will be held at Woodlawn Gym on 1103 Cincinnati Avenue.
Space is limited for these tournaments, and registration will close at 2 p.m. on May 16, or whenever all team spots are filled. Each tournament has space for eight teams, and only teams are able to register. Interested participants must be 18 years or older to join.
