These high-protein, low-calorie meat snacks come in three flavors – Buffalo Chicken, Chipotle Steak, and Korean BBQ Steak, inspired by the Sidemen chicken shops that are expanding across the UK.
The idea behind the SIDES range is to combine the success of New World Food’s Wild West Steak Strip ambient range with the massive appeal of the Sidemen, one of the biggest YouTube creator groups globally. These meat snacks offer a healthy snacking option to consumers looking for alternatives to the high-calorie, high-sugar snacks available in the market.
James Newitt, CEO of New World Foods, expressed his excitement about the launch of the three SIDES flavors, marking the beginning of a range of healthy snacking products aimed at both existing and new meat snacking consumers. He is eager to see the customer response to these innovative products.
The Sidemen, consisting of popular YouTube personalities like KSI, Miniminter, Zerkaa, and others, have a combined subscriber reach of over 150 million. They have ventured into the FMCG space, with the new SIDES healthy snacking products being a key part of their global growth strategy.
