As high school spring sports kick off, the focus is on winter sports all-star season for the next few weeks. GoErie.com and the Erie Times-News will be revealing the all-District 10 and region teams from the 2023-24 seasons. Girls bowling was the first sport to have their all-stars announced, with boys swimming and girls swimming to follow. Boys and girls wrestling, as well as boys and girls basketball, will have their all-stars revealed in the coming weeks.
For girls bowling, you can check out the Metro League girls bowling all-star team and the bowler of the year selection. McDowell dominated the 2023-24 Metro League girls bowling all-star team.
In boys swimming, the Times-News’ 2023-24 District 10 Boys Swimming/Diving All-Star Team has been announced. Additionally, the region swimmers/divers of the year, as well as the first- and second-team all-stars in three regions, will be revealed. The girls swimming all-stars will be announced on Friday.
As we move into early April, stay tuned for the reveal of the all-District 10 wrestlers and all-region teams/wrestlers of the year in both boys and girls wrestling. The inaugural season of PIAA-sanctioned girls wrestling concluded, with 12 all-District 10 wrestlers to be announced.
In early April, the Times-News will announce the all-District 10 boys and girls basketball players. Additionally, the all-region teams and players of the year in seven regions for boys and six regions for girls will also be revealed.
