The owner of a drug screening business in Aurora, Arben “Ben” Duka, was arrested by Aurora Police after a woman reported that he sexually assaulted her following a urinalysis sample. Investigators are now urging any other potential victims to come forward.
Duka, 60, was arrested on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. The incident was reported in October by a woman who said Duka assaulted her at his business, previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing before being changed to Aurora Employment Testing in February of last year.
As detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit investigated, they uncovered two additional reported incidents involving Duka and female victims in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case was filed in October and is ongoing.
