The 2024 Health and Fitness Expo is a free event for Edmonds School District families and those living within the boundaries of Public Hospital District No. 2, Snohomish County. The event will take place on Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Edmonds School District Stadium in Edmonds, located at 7600 212th St. S.W.
Attendees can expect to find health and wellness booths, nutrition education, and various opportunities to be active. The event will feature activities such as the Move 60! Fun Run, track and field events, Bike Blender, obstacle course, interactive vendor booths, and activity demonstrations. Fun run registration will begin at 11 a.m. with a t-shirt provided to the first 250 kids, and the run itself will start at 11:30 a.m.
This event is organized by the City of Edmonds Parks and Recreation and the Edmonds School District Move 60! program. Organizations that promote health and fitness are encouraged to exhibit at the event.
