Mother of 3 sheds 6 kg of excess fat in just 35 days with jump rope workout

Dieu Thuy, a 33-year-old woman from Hanoi known for her personal branding expertise and the nickname “Hanoi’s hot mom,” recently embarked on a 35-day challenge to improve her health and fitness. Despite already having an attractive figure, Dieu Thuy had gained 6 kg due to irregular eating habits, late nights, and work stress. Determined to reach her desired weight, she began a routine of jumping rope, practicing pilates, and intermittent fasting.

Dieu Thuy, who stands at 1.71 meters tall, found it challenging to make time for the gym due to her busy schedule in the field of personal branding. She decided to incorporate jumping rope into her daily routine as it can be done anywhere and at any time, allowing her to take care of her children and household chores while still getting in a workout. By dedicating 60 minutes a day to physical activity, Dieu Thuy saw significant results in just 35 days.

Combining the benefits of jumping rope, pilates, and intermittent fasting, Dieu Thuy was able to lose 6 kg of excess fat and regain her desired weight of 57 kg. Jumping rope not only burns a significant amount of calories but also improves endurance and overall fitness. Pilates, with its focus on core strength and flexibility, complemented her workout routine, while intermittent fasting helped accelerate the fat burning process.

In addition to her exercise routine, Dieu Thuy made changes to her diet by following an intermittent fasting schedule and prioritizing steamed and boiled foods, cutting back on sugar, and incorporating fruits and yogurt into her meals. She also used meal replacements when needed and made sure to get enough rest to support her active lifestyle.
